B-K Lighting Illuminates the City of Boston

A first for Boston! illuminaleBOSTON, a five-day citywide lighting festival showcasing ten legendary landmarks throughout the city was a collaborative effort of local designers and Festival Founder, Lana Nathe of Light Insight Design Studio.

B-K Lighting teamed up with noted lighting designers Adam S. Kibbe of Collaborative Lighting and Carrie Knowlton Hawley of Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design, to illuminate the Congress Street Bridge over Fort Point Channel.

The fixtures used by these designers include:

· Sierra Series with 70-Watt Metal Halide Lamps
· Yosemite Series with 70-Watt Metal Halide Lamps
· Alps Series with Par38 Lamps
· Whitney Series with Par36/AR111 Lamps

Other landmarks highlighted during the event included the Flour and Grain Exchange, Rowes Wharf, Custom House, Northern Avenue Bridge, Moakley Bridge, Summer Street Bridge, South Station, Legal Seafood Building and 175 Federal Street.
