Etendue Café at B-K Lighting Celebrates 1st Anniversary with Expanded Menu

Last Spring, Etendue Café at B-K Lighting opened its doors to offer fresh meals and drinks to employees of B-K Lighting, TEKA Illuminations, Star Finishes and Blue Dolphin Design & Engineering.

“The first few weeks, we kept it pretty simple … serving fresh sandwiches, salads and fountain drinks. From there, we added new items to our menu such as breakfast burritos, rice bowls and those ever-popular corndogs,” said Yvette Alexander, manager of Etendue Café at B-K Lighting.

In the last few months, Etendue Café at B-K Lighting has noticed a surge in business from outside the world of B-K Lighting. Employees from neighboring businesses have discovered the benefits of having an eatery just a few hundred feet away. As such, Etendue Café at B-K Lighting added café tables for outside visitors to dine on site.

“The website is great. It’s helping us to attract new customers from inside the B-K Lighting complex and beyond. We’re even offering catering services through the site. Now, you can order breakfast or lunch for your entire department,“ said Alexander. “Just give us a few hours notice and we can cater your office lunch meeting or prepare goodies for a very important client meeting.”

As part of its first year anniversary, Etendue Café at B-K Lighting is expanding its menu. The staff is very excited to have you try the brand new Patty Melt or Frito Boat with Nacho Cheese. For summer, Etendue Café at B-K Lighting is also offering varieties if ice cream bars and sugar-free ice cream cups. And let’s not forget the return of the seasonal summer fruit cups. New weekly specials include the Seafood Salad on Croissant and the Chili Verde Burrito.
